Ben founded Marzipan Media in 2013 with a clear focus: digital services for organisations that do important work. Over more than a decade, that's meant working with cultural institutions, legal services, mental health providers, advocacy organisations, and mission-driven businesses across Australia.
Ben's background spans web development, technical SEO, and digital strategy — with a particular focus on accessibility, sustainable design, and long-term digital stewardship. He believes that organisations carrying public trust deserve digital infrastructure that's equally trustworthy: reliable, accessible, and well-maintained.
He is an advocate for transparency in digital services — plain-English communication, honest assessment, and genuine accountability for outcomes rather than just deliverables.
